support for your web team – we offer free information and advice to anyone by telephone or email on specific accessibility, usability or end user technology issues; if you need significant or long-term support we can also formalise the arrangement with a service level agreement to ensure you get the level of support you need
search engine optimisation – optimising your site for search engine visibility can often compromise accessibility; we can ensure your website receives maximum exposure within search engine results without compromising accessibility.
